In Preparation for the Terranova and NJASK Tests their is a great web site that you can go on and work with your child.
Click on State Standard Practice then choose the test and also the year your child is in.
The fee is $29.00 for 1 year you get unlimited test in Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies it's well worth it. It's a great challenge for them. I gave my child a coupon
with every test that he scored over 85%. At the end it was pick your own fun day. Something for them to look forward to!
Some great sites are www.studyisland.com , www.funeducation.com or you can go to www.brainchild.com . You will be surprised how much fun they will have to challenge themselves!
-The New Jersey Library Network has created a site for New Jersey Residents. This site consists of free 24/7 live help.
Think of any question that you may have from home improvements to gardening to any question you can think of. Q and A is designed to provide fast answers for your questions, using information found on the internet and in databases funded by Libraries.
They also have on their site live homework Tutors for up to 20 minutes of help for grades 4 to12. They are live tutors that are Certified Teachers and students enrolled in a 4 year college program. This site is really worth saving. Try it out....it's great.
