Lincoln School PTA's Web Site

Welcome Lincoln Leopards -www.hhlincolnschoolpta.com

Our Home Page

We would like to welcome you to our website. This is definitely an exciting adventure for our PTA. The Lincoln School PTA developed this site to promote communication between school and home. As a community it is important to know what is going on in our schools, to stay updated with the different events that are going on. Each and every one of us can make a difference in our childrens schools and lives. Making a team effort will reflect on our children. Strive for the best...don't settle for less.

Being an active PTA member lets you stay in touch with the different activities that are being held at Lincoln School. Come to the meetings, be a part of  your childs world. Many parents/guardians at Lincoln School volunteer their time to make sure that Lincoln School's children benefit from all that there is to offer. It's a perfect time to thank you all!

This web site was created to do just that. To express your thoughts, to stay updated with the all the exciting things that are going on, to input your positive ideas, a favorite recipe or a funny story you would like to share with us!

So grab a cup O'Joe, feel free to browse our web site, print any information that you need, memos, upcoming events etc....

Letter From Our President.....

Dear Lincoln School Family:

I hope all of you had a chance to spend a little extra time together with your family and friends during the Spring break week. Recognizing our busy work schedules and the extra curricular activities the children have, it’s important to take a step back to smell the roses…

We have a lot of upcoming events like the Art Festival, Read-A-Thon, Book Fair, assemblies, class trips, Mother’s Day Plant Sale, Family Fun Day at Space Odyssey on June 1st and more.  Again this year, we are holding the “old-fashioned” Mother’s Day plant sale and will be asking each child to bring in 25¢ so they can “buy” a plant.  It will be the same type of plant as last year, a 4” geranium.

With each event, we’re reminded of what a dedicated group of PTA members we have.  The indefatigable work consistently points to one thing—improving the educational experience for all our children as we watch them flourish.  If you haven’t had the opportunity to participate in any of the PTA events or attend many of the meetings, there’s still time to get involved.  It’s important for us to realize the degree with which we go to support our children, the Lincoln staff and each other.
